When to Expect a Response
We usually get back within a day
Most inquiries get a response within 24 hours during the workweek. If you message us Friday evening, expect to hear back Monday morning. Complex questions might take a bit longer if we need to review examples or coordinate schedules.
Not every project is a fit — and we'll tell you that honestly rather than waste your time. But if we think we can help, we'll propose a straightforward next step.
- Monday – Thursday: Usually respond same day or next morning
- Friday: Responses may roll into Monday unless urgent
- Weekends: We're offline, back Monday morning
What happens after you reach out
First message from us will acknowledge your inquiry and ask any clarifying questions we need. Then we'll suggest a time to talk by phone or video — most initial conversations run 20 to 30 minutes.
From there, if it makes sense to work together, we'll outline what that looks like. No pressure, no drawn-out sales process. Just a clear explanation of what we'd do and what it would cost.
If it's not a match, we'll point you toward resources or alternatives that might help. We've been doing this long enough to know when someone needs a different kind of support.
